Your résumé content, job descriptions, and profile information are processed in memory during your active session only. This data is not retained on our servers after your session ends. We do not store copies of your résumé or the AI-generated outputs beyond what is necessary to deliver your results within the session.

If you create an account, your account information (name, email, purchase history) is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.
4.3 Log and Usage Data
Log data and usage analytics are retained for up to 90 days for security and service improvement purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

ClearPass Resume Optimizer uses third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) services, including the Claude API provided by Anthropic, PBC, to generate résumé rewrites and scoring analysis. Your résumé content and job description text are transmitted to these AI services for processing. These services operate under their own privacy and data use policies.
We transmit only the minimum information necessary to generate your results. We do not transmit your name, contact information, or payment details to AI service providers. By using the Service, you consent to this processing.
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of the Service.
We do not use cookies for advertising purposes or share cookie data with advertising networks.
